Pre-nup's are so common these days, I would be suspect of anyone who balked a signing one. That's why you hire an attorney to review the prenup. If it's fair and resonable, what's the big deal?

lj, it said "marry me without a prenup or I'm gone", didn't say they were engaged. It's possible they've talked about it. Most people do, especially at her age (not saying she's old, but the clock IS ticking)
I heard he was hanging out with a lot of women out in AZ; jacuzzi and drinks. Seems this was the same thing he did when he and Jess were on the rocks. Me thinks we'll hear more about the break-up in the near future, then a pre-nup.
