Young Kelly Osbourne has been enjoying a successful foray into theater, with her stint as Mama in a West End production of "Chicago," and appears to have been celebrating lately by hitting up the Met Bar and then Bungalow 8 in London. Do you love how I've interpreted this isolated incident as proof that Kelly is partying out of control? Hey, that's why it's called "gossip." According to Entertainmentwise, the 23-year-old daughter of rocker, Ozzy Osbourne, spent ten hours getting her drink on, and spent at least part of that time hanging out with the Arctic Monkeys. I'm kind of digging on her geisha Paddinton Bear thing she has going on, if only she'd break out just a teensy-tiny bit of blush so that it looks like she's actually got some blood flowing in her veins.
