Do you think Kate Bosworth's happy? A ton of hot female movie stars were on hand for "Elle" magazine's Women In Hollywood tribute at the Four Seasons last night. Amy Adams, Lauren Bacall, Scarlett Johansson, Kate Bosworth, Jennifer Connelly and Diane Lane, and director Julie Taymor were the honorees. It was a lot of skeletons in designer dresses. Lauren Bacall wasn't feeling the ruckus:
"I've never been in the middle of anything like this before," Bacall, 83, said about being honored along with other women. The legendary actress seemed a bit overwhelmed by the red carpet frenzy. "You know, I can't answer a serious question. My brain is now addled because of the screaming voices."Get that lady a highball and a chair. She doesn't need to be subjected to that! She's a treasure! For some reason, I like Scarlett's Marilyn Monroe in a windtunnel do. But I think Jennifer Connelly is much too old to be wearing Holly Hobbie dresses to red carpet events. She needs to step her game up and embrace her hotness.
