Los Angeles Fashion Week Gets a Kick-Start on Partying with Heatherette

Even when ASL Party Patrol's Mike Wilson is on hiatus, he's never at rest! And last night was no exception, when our own embedded party-goer text messaged me the following message:

Girrrrrrrrrrl. At the Roosevelt. With Aubrey frim Danity kane, Jenna Janison, Heatherette & Chris Crocker. Nutttttttttting!

Yes, Mike was partying with Robin Antin of the Pussycat Dolls, Jenna Jameson, Aubrey and the Heathers. He described the scene as "Belvedere Open Bar Madness" although everyone behaved themselves and hung out mostly by the pool. The hard-partying came after the Heatherette Fashion Show earlier in the evening, on the first day of Fashion Week for local Los Angelenos. According to Designer Sue Wong, L.A. needs to embrace its status in the world of fashion and stop making apologies for not being New York.

"We have Hollywood here, we have Hollywood style, we have, you know, the glamorous attitude of the movie stars," said Wong. "So we have something that other cities don't have."

And what is that? More celebrity DUIs than you can shake a stick at. That's right, I'm bragging on my town.
