I was all over Leonardo DiCaprio's performance--well everyone's, really--in "The Departed" and have to say that he seems like a pretty astute guy, who chooses interesting roles for himself. So, I'm guessing "Body of Lies," the movie he's currently filming, as you can see here in the pictures, is probably going to be another unique choice by Mr. DiCaprio. Does it seem like I'm being excessively nice lately? I have no idea why that is, but let's just roll with it. Here's the IMDb synopsis for the film:
A former journalist injured in the Iraq war is hired by the CIA to track down an Al Qaeda leader in Jordan. Based on the novel "Body of Lies" by David Ignatius.And these pictures make it look like Leo has decided to go dark for this role. I kind of feel like it makes him look like a pirate, but hey, Halloween's right around the corner.
