A recent trip to the plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills last week left Britney Spears walking around with a swollen upper lip. I'm guessing she either got slugged in the pucker--by a disappointed fan working in the office, who couldn't quite get over her sad attempt at a comeback--or she opted to go get herself some surgical plumping. As you can see from the pix, she's doing the best to keep her facial upgrade a secret, but of course, we couldn't be fooled. According to a source that revealed to the Daily Mail:
"Brit hoped her new lips would improve her look without being really obvious to anyone."But onlookers literally stood opened mouthed when they saw her. She looked freaky."
Honestly, not to be mean or anything, but the last thing I think this woman needs to be doing is making anything on her body appear to be thicker.
