He's Reluctant To Be Photographed Next To You When You're Wearing That Gay Hat

Seriously, I'm not feeling the hat. It's usually impossible for Julian McMahon to look beat, but the hat's killing him. The season premiere of "Nip/Tuck" hits us on FX on Oct. 30. For those of you not in the know, Drs. McNamara and Troy have moved their ridiculous circus-like freakshow of a plastic surgery practice to L.A. from Miami. Expect showbiz hijinks to ensue! Even the sets are going to be bigger!

Nothing survived... nothing," [set designer Ellen] Brill disclosed. "Everything was completely torn down and we're actually on our tenth episode of the new season, or of the fifth season now. And we've been working on these new sets and they're interesting, they're very different, way larger."

"The entry to the knee surgery center is quite spectacular, which you will see in the first episode of the season. I think it's kind of jaw dropping, quite honestly, so I'm excited for everyone to see that on film. We got to screen it a few weeks ago, and I got chills."

I'll have to watch out for that one. I will say that Paula Marshall's husband needs to check in and received a hernia check because he is medium-sized Italian goodness. Rrrraaooww. And check out Ms. Daphne Zuniga looking fierce!
