Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are teaming up to produce a new TV series based on the lives of aid workers. The couple is working on a new small screen project - their first together - for U.S. TV network HBO, which will go behind the scenes of an international aid organisation.The co-writer of "The Bourne Ultimatum" , Scott Burns, is heading this up with them. That could be good if there's a lot of explosions and terror. I mean, not that I like explosions and terror in real life, but a series needs some kick. An hour of an actress trying to martyr herself by feeding children soup isn't exactly appointment television. Yeah, I'm shallow! Is this new information? Actually, a cool episode that would show that Angelina has a sense of humor is if the aid workers have to deal with a bitch actress coming to assist them in their efforts and being a diva and ruining their lives. I should write this damn show!

I am so glad that most people are finally realizing the truth about Brad and Angelina.
Both are highly insecure adults, who constantly need any and all attention to feel good about themselves. They will run from one idea to another to feel fullfilled - low self-esteem.
The reason they take their acting careers so seriously is because that's all these two people have to make them feel good about themselves. The public pretense that they are about more than acting is just that, public pretense. Two very calculating people met each other and they suit each other to a tee. Unfortunately, these poor children have to be in the middle of this show; jetting around the world on the heels of lies.

I find Americans are far more cautious in how they address each other than Europeans in general. I never really noticed the passive aggressive thing with Americans. I do notice that everything is taken far more literally there and irony and sarcasm in general , isn't used to the same extent as in say, England / Scotland / Ireland / OZ /NZ.
I wouldn't worry too much about sounding passive aggressive. She's a Scot, she'll be able for it! :)
Maybe Brang should move to the Scottish Highlands, if they are looking for some European flavour in their lives. I can just picture Brad in the kilt....

Jen: Don't be a biatch. There's no reason to insult military families without provocation. I'm miltary and think it's f'ed up to move kids every few months too.
I wish that the freakshow moving to Europe would take them out of the media so we could have a break... but with our luck they'll have another baby and adopt a few within weeks of "settling" into a new estate.

Hi My name is Atiana, I am a 22 Swedish girl doing aid work in Vietnam and have been for the past 4 years. I got involved with this via my parents who unfortunatly died in Cambodia 2 years ago. I have a deep passion of human rights and am very humbled by the Cambodian and Vietnamese people. Last year I was living in Saigon and I actually got to meet Brad and Angelina whilst they were on their visit there. They seemed like a really nice couple however.....i was saddened to know in my heart it was all an act as I sat there asking myself...what the f--- are all us free aid workers doing here when u guys come in throw some cash around, stay in your five star security protected hotel (sorry, but in vietnam NO ONE knows you) and their big entourage of security knocking locals out of the way it was f---i.n.g disgusting...they didn't sleep in the compounds or live with any of us or the vietnamese people. they didn't join in the activities that we were welcoming too instead opting to take a huge boat out on the water for the day and come back at night for the traditional dinner they were being offered. The ONLY time i saw them do ANY kind of "dirty" work was when my oh my - the papparazzi showed up! f--- off..sorry for the language but u should be able to understand my frustration at seeing papparazzi in Vietnam....funny how they knew when to show up at the right moment of miss jole and mr pit holding a poor viet kid with a let blown off..spare me. why don't you come here miss jolie...stop taking the kids off their parents and instead pump your billions and billions of dollars into infrastructure and new orphanagies so that these babies can stay with their parents..why do you have to take them from their culture to ruin them with hollywood...why don't you stop your ACTING job and come and live here with us aid workers..right now im sitting in 50 degree heat with feaces and flies everywhere...but today we have band aids - if you get bitten at leat we can cover it away from the flies...you like the sound of that huh? my email is atiana@mac.com if anyone interested..thanks for reading..
