I could snark a lot but there is something kinda nice about being excited about your first child being on the way. Granted, the mother's a gila monster but still. Or maybe it's just because I think he looks kinda cute in these pics. Joel Madden is super-excited about having a kid with Nicole Richie. He's back from his Australian tour with his crap band and embracing the Dad thing.
Madden also discounted rumors of any turmoil between him and Richie, 26, saying "[We're] really happy. Everything else that the others have printed has been completely false."Richie also denied a report making the rounds: that she was smoking. "False and unsubstantiated," she said of the stories. "The healthy birth of my child is my No. 1 priority."
Then you better not turn your back because she's a cigarette butt-baggin' bitch! You're gonna come home one day to find her with an ashtray balanced on her belly, smoking and reading "US Weekly". "Gawd, it's not like they're unfiltered, Joel, lighten the hell up..."
