Why do I love Lindsay's crazy scarf? I should probably be going on and on about how ridiculous it looks, but I think that the idea of being swaddled in pink cloth just really appeals to me. But what do I know about fashion? Not a whole lot, but that didn't stop Betty Suarez from landing her plum gig at Mode and it looks like Lindsay might be joining the star of "Ugly Betty," America Ferrera, as a guest-star on the ABC series. A source from the set of the series revealed that the freshly-rehabbed starlet will be reprising a role on the show as a has-been beauty queen. Her character comes into contact with the Suarez family when she takes a job as assistant manager at the fast-food joint where Mr. Suarez, Betty's dad, works. From the New York Observer:
"It sounds really cute," our spy burbled of the new opportunity, which of course might be jeopardized by the ongoing Writers Guild strike. "Betty tries to help Lindsay's character by getting her a job at Mode, the fashion magazine where she works on the show."It would be nice to see Lindsay actually doing some acting again--and on a good project, to boot. The only thing potentially annoying about this would be Dina Lohan somehow snaking her way in on a guest spot as Lindsay's character's mom. Then I'd be forced to throw a knife at the TV.
