Crikey, the house is surrounded by bobbies! That was for the benefit of our British readers, who are all-too familiar with the crazy Amy Winehouse news that is imported here across the pond on a daily basis. The latest in the Winehouse saga has to do with these officers of the law, who raided the soulful singer's home in Camden in northwest London. A representative for Scotland Yard released a statement, saying:
"We can confirm there is police activity as part of an ongoing police operation."Additionally, no arrests have yet to be made and a mouthpiece for Amy had the following to say of the incident.
"The only thing I can tell you is that it has nothing to do with drugs and that Amy is fine and she has not been charged or arrested."Nothing to do with drugs, you say? Hmm, that can only mean one thing. She's tired of mind-altering substances and has now taken to snorting prostitutes. It's the only thing that will give her drug-tolerant body a high anymore.
