He was a great looking kid prior to plastic surgery. Now he looks ridiculous. Seriously, unless you have a scar on your face, a nose the size of Texas, or something medical going on, reconsider the plastic surgery option. I have yet to see anyone look better because of it.

i'm always left wondering whether he can breath at all through those tiny nostrils. he seems to be permanently mouth-breathing. even in this (seems strange to call it a photo since it's more like a painting after all that retouching) photo his lips seem to be ever so slightly parted as if he has to constantly take small sips of air.
