So lawyers for fractured trash Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are in court AGAIN this morning. K-Fed's lawyer called an emergency hearing to request that arguing that Brit's visitation should be modified because she's violating the order requiring her to respond to the drug-testing people within an hour of the time they call. I thought her cellie was broken or something? She probably left the damn thing in a Starbuck's cup somewhere. If her children could fit in those cups, they would have gotten the same treatment. Brit's lawyer seriously argued that pop stars don't get up at 8 AM and this might impede Crazy Dumbass from answering her calls. Miss Britney doesn't rise before noon! Don't you realize she needs her beauty sleep? Jesus Christ, sleep til' 3.
High-powered lawyer Anne Kiley, who reps Brit, told the judge her client has received calls as early as 8:00 AM. Kiley said pop stars don't get up that early, adding, "You are not a pop star with a number one album, so you don't know." The courtroom erupted in laughter.Apparently, Kiley got her message across, because the Commish is open to a more flexible timetable that works for Brit.
Remind me to visit Los Angeles whenever I plan on any criminal activity. I think I could probably throw babies off cliffs, or drive my car through an old folks' home with nary a wrist slap. I heard the reason they can never get in touch with her is because she keeps changing her cell phone number because it always "ends up in the wrong hands." Sure, probably the hands of whoever she was messing around with the night before. When she wakes up in the morning, presumably well after 8:00 am, the first thing she probably does is kick out whoever is passed out next to her and order her flunky to change her number AGAIN.

The fact that her lawyer is arguing that brittney can't adhere to a schedule, or be expected to be awake at a certain hour, should be all the judge needs to say she's an unfit parent. Correct me if I'm wrong, but, if you have a one year old child, isn't your schedule supposed to be fluid?

kfed has not shown himself to be an unfit parent. he actually interacts with his kids and they actually have a schedule, which kids need, when they're with him. when they're with him, HIS priority is his children, not chandelier shopping while they wait in the car.
has it ever occurred to you that, besides the financial aspect, he really DOES care for the well-being of his children and doesn't want them in the care of a drug-addled dipshit who sleeps around and gets up for the day at 3PM?

when you have a kid, their schedule becomes YOUR schedule. you put YOUR time on hold to care for them. And if you don't want to do that, you shouldn't have kids.
when it's your time with the kids, especially when you only get them a couple of days a week, you do stuff that they'd enjoy. the other stuff, like shopping for lamps, can be done when they're with their dad.
shit, it's not like she's out promoting this album. I don't think she's even done ONE appearance or interview to promote it.

And reguardless whether Kevin is doing this for the money or not, atleast those children have one parent who is looking out for their well being.

From what I understand they were BOTH ordered to do random drug testing. K-Fed's lawyers are bringing up the fact that she's missed prior requests, it if were both of them missing her atty would be arguing the same thing.

Riiiiiight; too bad the Commissioner didn't tell Spears to simply suck it up and follow the rules like the rest of the world has to. Pop stars don't get up at 8am? TFB; her behaviour got her into this mess, so she's stuck with the consequences. She needs to look up the meaning of the word "random" so she'll understand the lab can call her whenever they want and she has no choice but to comply.
