Hannah Montana Fans Are Getting Legal On Her

Hannah Montana is on Disney.

I don't understand why these people are suing. First off, what do they mean by "being lured to join the fan club"? I can say that I am one of those parents that did join the fan club to get quicker access to the tickets. But nowhere was I "lured" and nowhere on the website does it guarantee tickets. It gives a code number for exclusive online pre-sale. That's it. I was lucky enough to get 4 tickets, but even if I hadn't I wouldn't have considered suing. It's the scalpers who send in numerous people to buy tickets that are at fault here. There is a limit, but they pay people to stand in line and buy the limit.

I'm interested in finding out how many people are actually joining the lawsuit against Hannah Montana. I've made a poll on this site, and I want to invite Hannah Montana fans to come and vote so we get some numbers. This is the link:

Some parents are stupid. I would have understood that joining is the only way to get access to those tickets and that it doesn't mean they'll be any left. People need to read things before they slap down a credit card. I hope they lose.

its not mileys fault that the tickets cost $2000
its the company's fault
they bought the extra tickets and add some price to them
for example, if a ticket cost $40 originally
other companies like ebay would buy the tickets and make it more than its supposed to be so i blame the companies! :)

Mylie Cyrus/Hannah Montana is a talented young lady who simply wants to perform for her fans. The problems arise when greedy, unscrupulous non-fans are able to beat the the ticket sale computers and rip off the unfortunate kids who only want to see their Hannah Montana concert. I cannot imagine how anyone can blame the Cyrus people for that.

Some people are riduculous first off all Miley isnt even all that. I love the girl but I'm not going to pay ridiculous amounts of money to see her perform. second I hate idiots who always want to sue over something stupid. if they didnt force you to purchase tickets its your fault. I read the stuff on Miley World, and I made the smart decision not to pay for it. some people are crazy. and whoever wrote this article is stupid and you dont know what your talking about Miley is just a human being. that doesnt mean she'll turn out like Lindsay or Britney. you just hating cause you cant make as much money as she does. and you have no life :-)

Kids are spoiled these days and their parents never say no, that's why tickets for shit like that go for $2000. That did not happen when I was a kid.
