Jude Law didn't attend the funeral services for his ex-wife's father, and apparently that didn't fly with her. Sadie Frost's dad passed away while Jude was filming a movie in Canada and he didn't hop a plane.
A source tells British newspaper the Daily Express, "The fact that Jude did not come hurt Sadie a lot, especially as it was his children who lost their grandfather."Jude is making a new film, Repossession Mambo, in Canada with Forest Whitaker, but, for situations like that, she feels he should have moved mountains to come."
Jude and Sadie have three kids together - Rafferty, 11, Iris, 7, and Rudy, 5. What if he didn't get along with the old dude? In fact, what if they hated each other, especially after the divorce? Can't he just call the kids and console them over the phone? Who wants to have to attend the wake of someone they didn't get along with? On second thought...

Sadie's father died a couple of years ago. The one who died this time is her grandfather. Why should Jude stop production and fly to London to attend his funeral?
Sadie did not attend Jude's grandmother's funeral when she died during their divorce and she was living in London. I think she is expecting too much since he is working to keep her in her current lifestyle.

really do like the Brits, especially one, who
deserves better.) It's Sadie's grandfather and I
think common sense tells you it's far to costly to
shut down production and have to do a 14 hour
round trip for an ex-wife's grandfather. If she
wanted to take the kids to the funeral based on
their really knowing this man, OK. But the older one is in broading school and the younger two
probably didn't know the guy too well. So nothing
here makes sense. Utter stupidity. As you say she
should be ashamed of herself considering that he's
still her means of support and it's being done to
a very generous tune.Shame on you Sadie. Don't look to screw up what's left of your relationship
which Jude maintains for the benefit of the kids.
That comes first.

This was her grandfather. Who cares? Sadie is usually too busy out partying anyways and hanging out with her cool crowd to give a crap about anyone else's life. If I was Jude I would not put my schedule on hole to attend either.

Exceot that Sadie is known to feed the tabs herself. The 3AM Girls acknowledged this. So this menas that she herself or one of her friends sent this tidbit to the tabs. Otherwise, who cares about her?

Oh good god...another salacious headline for Jude...could he have picked more crazy-ass women to have involved himself with? Crazy Sadie and famewhore Sienna...always dragging him back into association with them in the press. If I were him, I would keep my ass in Toronto...permanently! Well, no, his children are his life, so he can't possibly do that...unless he could get them out of the clutches of the crazy-ass, who he supports yet gets dragged down by. Real classy!
