Like a cannnnonnnnnnbaalllll! Oh man, I really just dated myself. So they've resurrected Menudo. Menudo was the Latin teen pop sensation of the 80's The svengalis behind Menudo were cold and callous and when you hit 18 and no longer appealed to pedophiles, they tossed your ass out of the group! Menudo spawned such superstars as Ricky Martin, and....Ricky Martin. MTV has been running a reality series chronicling the search to find the five new Menudo members called "Making Menudo". Chris Pena of Weston, Florida is one of the finalists and appeared on TRL along with the others. He had this to say about the experience.
''A huge challenge was working with other kids who weren't hard workers and took things lightly,'' he said.Chris Pena has no time for lazy bitches! The new Menudo's album will drop next month. Is Kristen Bell from "Heroes" a fan? I'm not sure but she's the only reason I'm still watching "Heroes" now. I like psychotic people who have lightning shooting out of them! Ok, that doesn't happen that much, but when it does - magic!
