"High School Musical" star and tween idol Ashley Tisdale is admitting she had a nose job on Friday. She's chalking it up the age-old deviated septum excuse. She says that she "almost literally could not breathe" through the right side of her nose and the surgery was doctor-recommended. The 22-year-old is bandaged now, but when those come off and she looks like Jennifer Grey - we'll know the truth. Ashley plays some chick named after a dog in the hugely popular "High School Musical" film series and released a solo album called "Headstrong" earlier this year. She says she wants to be honest with her fans that she had something done and did it to help her health. Oh, were those bumps endangering your life, Sharpay?

Actually, her nose is what makes her not look like every other blonde person in the world. If I were her, I wouldn't change a thing. She's darling. There are way too many clones out there and they all look exactly the same. BORING! The most beautiful women in the world (in my opinon) are brunettes with ZERO surgical enhancements.
