"Desperate Housewives" artifact Teri Hatcher is being sued by the Hydroderm skincare company for breach of contract to the tune of 2.4 million and then some. The company says that Teri took 2.4 million from them to endorse their products, but then went off and endorsed "at least 17" other skincare lines. They're calling her behavior "willful, oppressive, fraudulent and malicious." She oppressed a skincare company? The best part of court papers filed yesterday state that Teri endorses so many skincare lines that "it is anyone's guess as to what product keeps her skin and lips youthful." Son, that product would be called Botox. VATS of it. Teri hasn't been able to actually open her lips to speak for about three years now. They have to dub in her dialogue on "Desperate Housewives". The contents of her face could could take out the rats in several tenement buildings. Her face can repel bullets like Wonder Woman's bracelets. Water BEADS ON HER FACE.

Nothing about this woman is "youthful", my god. That face is like 40 miles of bad road. Someone needs to make a list of those 17 other skin products she's endorsing so I can be sure to never use them...

If I owned a cosmetic company I'd NEVER allow Teri Hatcher to endorse my products. Talk about driving customers away in droves.
Whatever Teri Hatcher uses on her face should be avoided like poison. She is hideous!
Arie says:
"willful, oppressive, fraudulent and malicious" is standard legal language. It just means they are trying to get punitive damages.
Hey Cupcake says:
She's openly commented that she's not using Botox. And, from the looks of things, I believe her.
anonymous says:
Does anyone really believe that celebrities actually use the products they endorse. They do these ads for money, not to get good products.
You never see an unpopular celebrity pitching a product do you?.The reason is, they use popular people in hopes that consumers who actually fall for celebrity advertising will buy their crap.
Celebrities may get some of these products, but, they prefer the multi-million dollar endorsement check, as opposed to the cell phone they're hawking.
