Ex-couple, Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson, look deceptively like a happy, hippie family together as the two enjoyed a day out with their son, Ryder, in the West Village in NYC. The three went out for a walk and for some coffee and appear to be keeping things friendly, which is refreshingly rare for celebrity couples, who seem to enjoy a messy, drawn-out divorce almost as much as they do the wooing process that got themselves into their dysfunctional relationship in the first place. But yes, these guys look happy and they all match so well, aesthetically. Maybe Ryder can "Parent Trap" these two back together. It wouldn't be at all cruel to give him such false hope, would it?

I was really sad when these two split. I'm glad they're friends though, that will really help their son as he grows up.

I disagree T-Bone. I've seen lots of guys that look fantastic with long hair (Chris Robinson, not being one of them). As long as they keep it clean and combed, I don't get the big fixation over it...it's just hair!

There's nothing wrong with the kid's hair if you don't mind your child being gender confused. He still looks like a girl to me. Why would you want a little kid to have to keep pushing his hair out of his face? It seems extremely high maintenance and impractical in addition to being effeminate.

Just a style preference, I guess. I've always hated long hair on men. I honestly can't think of anyone I know (or have seen) who looks better with long hair than short.

...and T-Bone, I was just surprised by your comment because from what you've written in the past, I thought you to be fairly open-minded...then for you to lump all guys with long hair into a category of unacceptable just kind of surprised me!
