Here's Saleisha Stowers. She's America's Next Top Model, according to Tyra Banks. She's a pretty girl, but for some reason the combination of the hair and the coat and the hunched-over stance she's twerkin' in these pics makes her look like she just came from the Shire. She took some lovely photos, though, and can tear up a runway. Especially when Gollum is chasing her, looking for that ring. I kid, I kid. Here she is, leaving the Regis & Kelly show and signing autographs. It was kind of a lame cycle, especially when they nixed the autistic girl. They need to liven things up. Get a pyromaniac or a Jesus freak next time.

P.S. rumor has it that Tyra and her show cheated a bit on this one. Saleisha apparently went to one of Tyra's camps (or whatever it's called) AND was a model on her show, AND was in a Wendy's commercial, which violates the show's rules. People are all a fury ;) Chick shouldn't have been allowed to compete in the first place.

i think everybody hatin on this girl for winning the show. so what she had modeling experience-its a competition! and thats the advantage she had over the other girls! plus if she was as big as some of you are making her out to be, she would've signed with Elite already and wouldn't have needed the show to help her get the contract.

I think they admitted up front that Saleisha had been to Tyra's camp, so in that sense they weren't trying to mislead. But in the end, it's Tyra's show and she can pick whoever she wants. It's obvious she had her finger on the scale for Saleisha, but in the end, it's ANTM and no one is really watching for the competition, especially as it's become clear that nothing is really at stake because none of these girls have true "top model" potential. Its viewers care more about the drama all season long than who wins at the end.

1st off, I wouldn't ever call this girl ugly or homely, but I would call her "uninspiring" and "bitch". Yeah, the fix was in, but so what? Who remembers the reject 'winners' after this show is over? The assholes will be remembered as how they were on the show--editing only does so much. Bianca who? Saleisha won her crappy Tyra-Crown. The girls that want to be true models can go on to successful careers. Just look at Mollie Sue, Kim, Eugena and even (lord) Jade?
Heather and Lisa have more potential, and now, more spotlight. I think we'll hopefully see more of them in REAL modeling campaigns.
