"High School Musical" starlet Ashley Tisdale unveiled her new nose (upper, right photo) at the Z100 Jingle Bell Ball Concert at Madison Square Garden last night. Tisdale underwent the rhinoplasty procedure to correct a deviated septum. Do you know the struggle I just went through to not use quotation marks around "deviated septum"? Oops. Tisdale allegedly had the procedure to correct her deviated septum and to have her nose realigned. Ashley's nose has been broken twice, once in a car accident and once while dancing. That was a tough club she was in. Tisdale says that the deviated septum problem had gotten so bad that she had a panic attack while on stage during the "High School Musical" tour. She says "I was so out of breath, I started hyperventilating. They were thinking it was a heart attack. The [tour] doctor got me an oxygen tank and I sat outside the stage and breathed in oxygen until I could catch my breath." Good lord, the drama. Despite having this procedure, Ashley says that she will never have plastic surgery again because "natural is more beautiful". Don't shut that door too quickly, Ash. Hollywood's a rough town. I give her ten years before she's shooting Botox into her face with a massive syringe. Here's more pics from the Z100 Jingle Bell Ball which was a benefit for Autism Speaks. Check out this link to find out more about Autism Speaks, they do good work and J. Harvey will thank you for it.

I saw a pic of Ashley with Stacy Keibler, where Stacy is doing a photo shoot in a thong ("bad girl") and Ashley is in the prim and proper dress ("good girl") on www.wrestlingnewsdesk.com , and it's one of the hottest pics I've ever seen. I love you Ash!

This poor thing is getting way too much flack. You can fix a deviated septum without any change to the external appearance - so her explanation is complete crap - but these shots also showcase a pretty unflattering hair and makeup job. When the swelling goes down and she gets hair and makeup back to normal, she'll look fine.

Note to those who haven't bothered to read the full article...
No, having a deviated septum corrected will not change the outward appearence of the nose...we all know that. However, if you read the full article, well...fixing a broken nose you will probably see a difference.
She broke it once in a car accident when she was younger and once while rehearsing the dances for High School Musical. And for the record, she doesn't go club hopping like so many others in Hollywood. She's almost TOO much of a "good girl."
Technically, this is how she would have looked without the breaks (ever seen her sister or her parents?). Noses aren't like arms or legs. You can't simply re-set the bone, slap a cast on it, and let it heal. Fixing a broken nose is a bit more involved and WILL (more than likely) change the outward appearence.
