While at the Lisa Kline Boutique last night, the pop star did some Christmas shopping and appeared to be in an upbeat mood, despite having had just learned the shocking news of her 16-year-old sister's pregnancy. According to the store's mouthpiece, Kate Diamond, "She looks the best I've seen her in a really long time ... She was really, really nice, saying, 'Thanks, babe,' 'Yeah, babe.' Everything was 'babe.'" Maybe she's in a deceptively good mood while she contemplates how on Earth she can upstage Jamie Lynn's teenage pregnancy baby news. I swear, this whole family is just one extended Lifetime movie. Where the heck is Valerie Bertinelli when you need her?
