Now, it may or may not be a hoax, but here's a screenshot of what appears to be Casey Aldridge's MySpace profile. According to the headline, "ME AND JAMIE ARE OVER..... :(" leading to speculation that his relationship with Jamie Lynn is finished. And, there's Jamie Lynn's recent interview with the AP, in which she indicated that she wasn't dating anyone, so it's hard to know what to believe.
However, an inside family source is saying that the two definitely are together and that both Jamie Lynn's mother and father "adore Casey." It's believed that he is about 18 or 19 years old (with his MySpace page listing him at 17) and grew up near Kentwood, Louisiana, the Spears family hometown. Both parents got to know the Liberty, Miss. native when he recently moved to Southern California, regularly visiting Jamie Lynn on the set of "Zoey 101" and at the condo where she lives during filming with her mother.
The source revealed that the pregnancy wasn't something Aldridge had planned for, "He has all sorts of plans for his future. He wants to start his own business, maybe get a degree and make something of himself." However, the tipster believes he'll do his best to be a good father. Reportedly, they have no plans to wed, and will be devoting their energy toward raising their child. Maybe they can borrow Lynne's parenting book. I'm sure it's chock full of good tips.

No Expatriot-the fact that he is 19 and she is 16 doesnt make it statuatory rape. Most states(including California) have rules which state the offending person must by a certain amount of years older than another(usually 3 or 5). This is so you dont have 18 year olds getting arrested for sleeping with their 17 year old partners. Had he been 39 instead of 19 then it would have been statuatory rape-but at 19 it is NOT statuatory rape in California.
