Riley Giles spilled his beans to News of the World recently about the details of his and Lindsay Lohan's relationship, that started when Lindsay asked him for his cell phone number when the two were in rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Utah. According to Riley, Lindsay used sex with Riley as a replacement for her drug-filled party life-style, and has since replaced him with shopping after their recent break-up. He said that she told him he was one of three serious boyfriends that she'd had and that she was in love with him. According to Giles, her friends were civil to his face, "But anyone can put on a face and I don't know how sincere they were. There are a lot of fakes in LA.
"And sadly, I think people would rather see Lindsay with a movie star than some snowboarding guy." Um, how about "some snowboarding guy who dishes to tabloids about their sex life"? That is, if this story is true. Also, maybe Lindsay could put that shopping addiction to good use and buy herself some pants. Elaine Strich she is not.

2 reasons for boobs that low
1) Not wearing a bra, making them sit lower than usual
2) Picture has been stretched in a vertical directions so they appear a little lower b/c her actual chest region is stretched out
That's all the reasons I could come up with... combined, they could indicate the reason for the low-boobs in the pics.
