Oh snap, it's all coming down now. Reports are saying that this will be the final season for Jamie Lynn Spears' show "Zoey 101" which airs on the children's cable television network Nickelodeon. It hasn't been confirmed whether or not her recent pregnancy reveal has anything to do with the series being wrapped up, but I know it has nothing to do with global warming, the writer's strike or my decision to actually go back to the gym in the new year. So I'm guessing her getting knocked up at 16 is probably the cause. Her show's demographic by the way is children and tweens 9 - 14. Who probably shouldn't be sporting stretch marks or know how to use a diaper genie at this young age. A source says that the show looks like it has been "canned" after the final two episode's air. Knowing this country, the Nickelodeon executives will probably write her character out in a plane crash rather than having anything close to a pee stick with a blue plus sign show up in one of their character's hands.

Good for them. I hope this means the "pregnancy special" idea was canned. My lord. I was glued to Nickelodeon literally my entire childhood and can't believe they would even consider this. What's next, "How you get Crabby Patties"- Spongebob's STD Special?
Can we please at least allow our children the opportunity to have real childhoods???

Before anyone tries to stone me for knowing this, I have a 7 yr. old and Nick is on our TV quite often. Crappy excuse, but anyway. Apparently, Zoey 101 is airing a movie on Friday. The subject: will Zoey (Spears) stay or go?
Truthfully, I'm surprised they're airing it considering how recently Momma Lynn sold the story of homeskillet's pregnancy. Suggests to me that the execs have probably known about this for quite a while... long enough to end the show with a nice, tidy package (and film the ending with no baby bump in sight.)

All I want to know is who is the dad of her baby? Rumblings are that the 19-year old that supposedly knocked her up isn't the dad and that a producer on "Zoey 101" is - a much older producer at that. Same producer supposedly knocked up another tween star who had an abortion and got a lot of cash to stay quiet. Can you just imagine that insanity?? I just Have one question, if you guys have Zoey die in a plane crash, nobody will watch the show ever agian. You will lose a lot of money, plus u will get a lot of bad reports. maybe no ne will watch Drake & Josh, I,Carly, Unfabulas, and Just Jordan. Zoey is the main role in the entire show 4 crying out loud. So what if she's pregant, that does not change anything. The show is about kids going to school, haning out with friends, dealing with homework and life problems. that relates to the real world people. The fans want to see Zoey and Chase finally be boy/girl friend. And last do not have a diffrent girl playing Zoey, it wount be the same.
