This poor woman has done completely gone off the deep end and with that observation, I have just crowned myself the Queen of the Obvious. Last night, Britney's car was impounded by police when her white Mercedes was found in the middle of the road in Brentwood. She was reportedly driving around at night without her lights on, however, from the look of her tiny camisole, it appears her headlights were in full effect.
The pop star experienced a flat tire and simply hitched a ride with some of the paparazzi who had been following her around. Britney won't be adding a citation to her list of legal problems, but will need to pay for tow fees to get back her car. After being dropped off at her Los Angeles home, Britney called her assistant, Carla, who arrived in her Toyota Camry and the two headed for the Four Seasons hotel.
And in other Britney Spears News of the Strange, it's being reported that Britney opted to speak in a British accent during her hospital stay at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. It's being speculated that her adopting an accent has something to do with her identity confusion, but I don't think we should worry too much because Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna have shown us that Americans can suffer from this confusion and still lead productive, happy lives.
