After having had celebrated his birthday and Christmas behind bars, Kiefer Sutherland is set to be released Monday. Kiefer checked in to begin serving his 48-day sentence on December 5th at the Glendale City Jail. Now, it's back to lounging around on plush castle beds, fully-clothed with sunglasses and lots of throw pillows, which I'm sure is the lifestyle to which he had grown accustomed before his stint in jail, as evidenced by this candid photo.
I have to say, I feel like he served his sentence pretty quietly compared to some other celebrity maniacs, but then again, I also harbor a special place in my heart for Kiefer. Hmm, I wonder why...oh yeah, because all it takes to win me over is a wink and a smile.

Does anyone else find it odd that Keifer, while not serving his whole sentence, served way more than 10 percent of his time, while multiple offender Michelle Rodriguez only served 18 days of a 180 day sentence?
And yes, I realize he was also a multiple offender, but is there some kind of double standard for women in Hell-A?
