Brad Pitt has made a career out of his All-American good looks, but readily admits that after hitting the ripe, old age of forty, "Your body's not quite working the same." But, keep in mind that this is the same guy who rocked the crazy abs in "Fight Club," so I have a feeling that his definition of "middle-age spread" is slightly different than most of ours.
However, it looks as if Brad's been getting a little help from some digital-airbrushing in some ads that he recently did for the Japanese denim line, Edwin. It's not exactly Mariah Carey territory here, but his waist does look mighty trim. You be the judge.

the profile pic looks like it could be true to life. the frontal pic just looks...weird... like it's brad pitt's head and torso on someone else's hips and legs.
maybe it's a photographic artistic thing -- which has obviously passed me by!

it's more than just a "trim" job...the actual distance from waistline to "leg-split" looks to be too short to be Brad's actual legs and hips.
it does look like they put brad's head/torso on someone else's legs/hips but didn't size it correctly.
