So Madonna was spotted coming out of Claridge's Hotel in London sporting an eye injury covered by some shades. A strange black eye which is joining the collection of other strange black eyes she's had lately. She was spotted in New York City recently with similar facial bruising on the other side. PLASTIC SURGERY! Oh Madge, not you too! I thought ancient Jewish mysticism would keep you young and freshly bitch-faced forever! Madonna has said in the past that she wouldn't have "a press conference about it" if she decided to have plastic surgery. Of course not, there's no money to be made in having it up front.

If you think there's ONE WOMAN in Hollywood who hasn't had plastic surgery of some kind, you're an idiot. They ALL do it. Even the ones you think would never bother. Seriously, if you had to look at your own face on a movie screen -- close ups that are 10 feet high -- wouldn't you do it too?
