Britney's uncle, William "Road Kill Willie" Spears has dished to The Sun about his troubled niece, talking about how Britney first tried drinking when she was thirteen and moved on to drugs at the age of fourteen. The welder, who lives in a trailer near Brit's hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana is saying that as a child, Britney was exposed to drunken screaming matches that took place between her parents until their divorce. According to Willie, "Just about everyone in the Spears family is a drunk and Britney's dad Jamie was one of the worst." He also claims that Jamie finally cleaned up after a stint in rehab in 2004.
He said that Britney was drinking and doing drugs from a young age and that the pop star "has tried just about everything - cocaine, crystal meth, ecstasy." He claims that on her 18th birthday, he witnessed her doing cocaine. "We were at a party in an apartment and I spotted her doing a line just before I did one. We smoked pot together too."
Basically, he weaves a tale of a family suffering from addiction to drugs and alcohol and that Britney is no exception. What do you think, y'all? Should we take "Road Kill" seriously? I'm sure he's only airing out the family's dirty laundry because he cares.
