New York socialite and Us Weekly "Who Wore It Better" section model, Tinsley Mortimer, was seen getting a manicure at a nail salon on Madison Avenue which COINCIDENTALLY happens to be next door to the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home where Heath Ledger's body is resting. Known for going the extra mile to get herself in paparazzi pictures, I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out that girlfriend planned this. It's one thing to copy a real celebrity's outfit in the hopes of getting noticed by comparison, but to post up next to the funeral home where they're being housed is just pathetic. She needs a job.

OK, this chick was in my graduating year at college, and she used to come to class in sweats and a baseball cap - now she is a style guru, hilarious. They are pretty damn expensive ($20 for a manicure, $40 for a pedicure, $15 for a nail polish change, etc), which is likely why she goes there. Also, as someone else mentioned, she lives in this neighborhood. Why wouldn't she go there?

UES girl, I think you meant IN-expensive, must of been a typo, as those prices are NOT expensive at all for a manicure or pedicure, especially in the NYC area. I pay more than that, and i live in a little tiny mountain town, Tahoe City, Ca, (thank god, NOT Manhattan!)I would not have it any other way. A beautiful pristine mountain lake, or an ugly concrete jungle. and btw, tinsley mortimer is not at all pretty, who is she anyway. She certainly is not a model, unless they are hiring average to homely looking people to model now. just putting that out there.
