Seriously, I don't get the hat. Maybe I'm just too old and out of touch to understand why headwear that reminds me of my grandmother is youthful. Everybody was kind of looking ragged at this Blackberry Pearl 8130 Smartphone launch hosted by Verizon in NYC. Of the bunch, I think that Rumer here is actually looking the most fresh-faced, even though her wardrobe generally confounds me.
Natasha Bedingfield, a normally pretty girl, looks kind of crazy and strangely old with way too much make-up and wild hair and Taylor Momsen of "Gossip Girl" appears to be taking her hair and make-up tips from French hookers. And Paris Hilton...seriously, no self-respecting drag queen would walk around with such rakishly applied fake eyelashes on her face. It looks like a spider attack is taking place on her eyelids.
