George Clooney is looking all grown and sexy as he talks at a news conference in his position as a UN Messenger of Peace. The actor was at the United Nations headquarters, receiving his official appointment by Secretary General Ban Ki-moon in New York. George's proud parents were also at the event.
This guy's been having a really great year--he's got a gorgeous girlfriend, was nominated for an Oscar for his performance in "Michael Clayton" and now this. Come to think of it, though, I don't think he's had a bad year for a long time. Plus, he's still got a full head of fabulous hair, the lucky bastard.

I'm so sick of celebs worrying more about other countries instead of the one they live in that has helped them become who they are. Granted, other places need it but we also have homeless and sick people.
