Britney Spears is in good company because she's staying at the UCLA Medical Center, in the same ward where fellow celebrities Mariah Carey and Justin Ward (from "Grey's Anatomy") stayed to receive treatment for exhaustion. Mariah was there back in 2001, when she done went crazy on TRL, wearing a shirt as a dress and started handing out ice cream bars, talking about how we needed to take out more time to enjoy sunsets, rainbows and kittens. Do you guys remember that nonsense? It's still the most fabulous thing I've ever seen on MTV.
In any case, Justin's stay at the medical center took place on Monday and he checked out yesterday, according to his rep because he "suffers from a sleeping disorder," and he had checked himself in voluntarily. Hmm, maybe if he'd just loosen up that scarf a bit, things wouldn't feel like they're closing in.
