Amy Winehouse may be a mess but she looked good during a recent break from rehab, with her hair and make-up all did for an appointment to apply for a US visa. She'll be needing the visa if she plans on attending the Grammys here in Los Angeles. The ailing singer has been staying at the Capio Nightingale clinic in north London since January 24th and stepped out in a polka dot top, white skirt and some high heels. She checked in shortly after a video of her smoking crack went public.
As much as it probably would be good for her career, I really don't think it would be all that helpful for her treatment if she attended the Grammys. Keep in mind that I would love nothing more than to possibly spot Amy out and about in Hollywood, but I'd much rather not see her yanked out of rehab for something as silly as an awards show. We've already reached our quotas of crazy, rehabbing starlets at the moment here in Hollywood anyways.

Well, it might be pointless, but I'm still routing for her and IF she can show-up to the Grammys and do a great job...she might actually turn herself/career around. (I hope Daddy is getting his visa too to accompany her and keep her inline.)
Her music isn't to everyones' taste (Is anyones'??) but she does have a lot of fans and a lot of talent. I'm not giving-up on her yet as I've done with Britney.
