UPDATE: Adnan Ghalib has reportedly arrived at the Beverly Hills Hotel, according to TMZ.
Now that Britney's loose on the streets of Los Angeles, she's being followed relentlessly by the paparazzi. She is currently at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where she was seen here, checking in. Apparently, she first left the UCLA Medical Center earlier today and was driven by a new bodyguard hired by her parents.
At one point, however, Britney decided to ditch her ex-Israeli Army soldier opting instead to ride around with a paparazzo named Filipe, who is the newest oddball she has added to her motley entourage.
The pop star appears to be staying at the hotel at the moment, but time will only tell when she'll be out and about again.

Why isn't her family making her stay home, if not in hospital, for a good long while? She is so sick in the head right now that she thinks she has to continue to be a publicity whore and be out in public in front of the cameras. That's not life or living or taking care of yourself. Poor girl. She needs to be away from all that stuff but it seems like she's addicted to it.
