The Cirque Lodge, which is currently housing Eva Mendes during her rehab stint, now has a new celebrity checking herself in to treat substance abuse. The 25-year-old actress is staying at the same facility where Lindsay Lohan also went last year to receive treatment and appeared to be emotionally overwhelmed when she arrived at the Lodge.
"She seemed to be intoxicated when she checked in because she was acting really erratic. She was extremely emotional, constantly breaking down in tears," revealed a source to Star magazine.

There are plenty of fine facilities all over this country, many superior to the ones chosen by the rich and famous, but the rich and famous choose the places they know will get them publicity.
