Lindsay Lohan is struggling with maintaining her sobriety post-rehab and it doesn't sound like she's getting all that much help from certain members of her entourage. Patrick Aufdenkamp has been in Lindsay's inner circle for about three years now and is reportedly encouraging Lindsay's destructive behavior that resulted in last year's stint at the Cirque Lodge in Utah. He's the dude in the picture here who looks like he's helping her spend her money and is looking at her extensions with envy.
An inside source revealed that Aufdenkamp accompanied Lindsay during her trip to Italy this past New Year's, where she took a sip of champagne. Another tipster revealed to TMZ, "He has nothing to offer her and he looks at Lindsay as his meal ticket."
I hope that he's also responsible for encouraging her to forego pants occasionally while she's picking out what outfits to wear, that way, if she tosses him out of her life, all of that nonsense will end as well.

One thing I will definitely say is WOW! That motherf*cker is ugly. I mean, yikes Lindsay, if you were any kind of friend you'd buy that dude jaw/chin implants and a deluxe bath at the car wash. Is that even a dude? It kinda looks like Bea Arthur with an auburn rinse!
