Actor John Barrowman is the star of "Torchwood", which is some crazy "Dr. Who" spin-off but with a bi guy. Threeways with either sex in space! That's a hot idea. I don't watch "Dr. Who" mainly because the theme song used to make me scared and nauseous as a kid. I know how odd that sounds, but it's true. That theme song would make me want to puke.
In an interview, Barrowman says that when he was a kid he used to cry a lot. And finally his parents got so fed up that they put him in a trash bin outside. Uh, DSS? Baby crying in a trashbin? Yeah - DSS. He said: "They tried to get my brother and sister to take me out for walks but they would refuse after a while because everyone was just tired of it so my dad wrapped me in paper and put me in the bin outside."
Yeah, maybe Dad shouldn't have been a Dad is what I'm thinking. Just do what other parents do and put some booze in the kid's bottle. Quiet him right down. Maybe I shouldn't be a Dad either.

ha! i regularly check this site, but this is my first comment. just had to say that i cackled when i read that the Dr. Who theme song made J.Harvey nauseous, b/c it had the SAME EFFECT on me! much to my chagrin, my dad was an avid fan--and its creepy synthesizer beats never failed to make my skin crawl and my stomach turn. although you might want to avoid this like the plague (or take some Dramamine first), there's a "Making of the 80s Dr. Who Theme Song" on youtube at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-OWMGAiaNeQ&feature=related

I had the same problem with the old Doctor Who. I got over it b/c the new show is good, but I do avoid the theme song!
