Damn, he's got some freaky peepers. I'm waiting for death rays to flash out and incinerate us all. Or him to hypnotize all of us into going Jonestown or something. Christ, I do not need this fear this early in the AM. Jonathan Rhys Meyers cleaned up at the Irish Film and Television Awards with his Showtime series "The Tudors". Rhys Meyers won the award for best actor, and several of his co-stars picked up elaborate, unattractive trophies as well. The awards ceremony was held at Dublin's Gaiety Theatre (sounds like my apartment) and "The Tudors" was the most successful nominee in the event's five year history. After the show, everyone present was sucked into Rhys Meyers eyes and sent to Hell. Yay, awards shows!

I watched that show last night.. That's an IFTA Johnny RM won. He looked at bit of a wreck on stage to be honest. Far too much partying. Skinny and red eyed. Not good. Colin Farrell was looking fine though.
Mel Gibson got a lifetime achievement award, for having an Irish Mammy, by the look of it. It was all a bit strange. In his acceptance speech , he mentioned he hadn't been here in 13 years.
Anyway, Bo Derek was looking fab, so that saved the day!

Awww, poor thing. His mother recently passed, so he's probably having a hard time dealing with it. Hope he cleans up soon, he's a talented (and beautiful) guy.
