At least, that's what the fitness video company, Speedfit, is claiming that the pop princess is doing by barring the release of her exercise DVD. She worked with the video company during the time she was getting all skinny and stuff for her role in "The Dukes of Hazzard."
However, she changed her tune after the video was shot and allegedly decided to block the sale of the video through her management, i.e. her dad. The owner of Speedfit, Alex Astilean is now suing Joe Simpson over the fracas and has told Us Weekly, "They are hurting millions of fat people in America! I believe that very strongly -- they held the video for years!"
Jessica seems to be to blame for a lot this year that one would normally assume had absolutely nothing to do with her--the Dallas Cowboys playing poorly, making America obese. I hate to point fingers, y'all, but I'm staring to suspect she shot JFK.

She and daddy probably decided to give her endorsement for a bucketload of cash and then they reniged and said, hum, no thanks we aren't really into to this as it might spoil the dignity and natural beauty personality of Jessica and all.. the studio heads think it will never go public or just the daddy who made the deal. So when the specifics and accusations of the lawsuit get down to who did what when and where, cost of project wasted this story might get interesting., or they can settle out of court.

I remember when she did that video. It was right after Dukes. I thought it was with her trainer, Mike. Just shows how stupid she is.
