Dr. McDreamy (AKA Patrick Dempsey) is looking trim and dapper for the unveiling of the first Subaru turbodiesel motor at the Shoko Club in Madrid, Spain. Now, I have no idea what that means exactly because I have pretty much no knowledge of what the hell is going underneath in the engine of my car. I remember vague conversations in which my dad patiently tried to explain to me what a piston does, but as far as I'm concerned, my Corolla is powered by a troop of elves running on espresso and adrenaline. But I can say with 100% confidence that Patrick's smile could melt glaciers.
Hmm, now he's looking very cute in that suit and all, but I still don't understand why we can't also see him scantily clad, draped over the hood of a shiny car.
