That poor woman just keeps growing and growing. I know Halle said before that she was totally freaked out about giving birth, but hopefully she has gotten so huge that she's just ready for it be be over with.
Halle recently announced that she never wants to be a bride in the future, saying, "I will never marry again. I have a good healthy love for myself and love in my life. I no longer feel the need to be someone's wife and I don't need the validation of a marriage certificate."
Explaining what that means for her relationship with Baby Berry's father Gabriel Aubry, the 41 year old actress added, "Gabriel is a wonderful person and I am just happy I've found someone really special to have a baby with. In a way, I feel more married than I ever have in two marriages."
Halle was married twice before to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benet.

I guess she just doesn't want the committment of marriage. It would too much of a hassle when they go to break up. I agree someday he will probably marry someone else and have his own family and Halle and her kids can be their own family. She is just using him as a sperm donor anyway.

Her logic just doesn't make any sense to me. It's like she sees getting legally married as some kind of magical curse on the relationship that she has to avoid. If you "feel married," it's okay to get married. The relationship is going to be just as healthy or unhealthy either way.

I actually applaud anyone who knows its not for them and decides not to do it anymore. People like Elizabeth Taylor should have made the same decision. And Halle's no different than folks like George Clooney who has, conincidentally, also said he'd never marry again. There are tons of people who have been together for a long time, have kids, and are not married. Get over it people. Live and let live.

Buzzkut, rebelgirl and who ever. First unless you have walked a mile in her shoes then you have no reason to judge. Though I may not "know" her, the fact is that this young lady has been through some extremely difficult relationships (and in the public eye) and I cannot blame her for being resistant to committing to another long-term relationship after 2 failed ones. At least she is not 19 and she is an adult in her prime, self reliant and contributes in some way to society instead of being a leech. As long as I have been married, and all the friends I have seen get married have remarked on how different it is from the dating phase. Anyway that's another subject. Buzzkut, what planet are you on??...let me drop a few names...Goldie Hawn & Kurt Russel, Johnny Depp & Vanessa Paradis, Susan Sarandon & Tim Robbins...all unmarried with kids and have been together for years...now a few more names....Britney Spears and Kevin Federline (need I even say more)... Madonna and Guy Ritchie, Marie Osmand who is Mormon!...all divorced...with kids...Marie has 8 and you bash Halle because she doesn't want to get married in Hollywood where marriage is just a bad joke now?
