The star of The Hills showed up to the Late Show with David Letterman in clothes from her clothing line, The Lauren Conrad Collection, which included a really cute trench-coat that revealed a disappointing one-shoulder dress. The inspiration for this dress appears to be a desire to walk around with a lampshade on one shoulder. But at least it's better than this garbage.
While she was sitting down to chat with Dave, she talked how she used to be a tomboy and said of growing up in Orange County with a huge canyon as a backyard, "I'd always go hiking and I had a rock collection. And I'd come back up and...you get ticks! They're gross!"
Hmmm, ticks like these? I bet if we put a flame to their heads, they'd probably let go.

I think she's adorable with a great sense of style. Regardless if everyone thinks The Hills is scripted, she still knows how to dress...which is a lot more than I could say for most of Hollywood out there.

I really find Heidi & Lauren as fake as their show, but at least Lauren seems more humble. The clothes are Ok, not Wow!!! If it's going to be a huge money maker for them... I don't think so, maybe Lauren will have a better luck but it won't last long. Eventually people get tired of this stupid things. Enjoy it while you can, girls!!! And please, can someone tell Heidi that you also need to be liked so people can buy your stuff, otherwise it doesn't work at all.
