Family time! Here's Gavin Rossdale with son Kingston. Mom Gwen Stefani's probably off being pregnant somewhere and negotiating the photo rights. I'm sure she can get some nice bank off of it. She's a little less terrifying looking than Orange You Christina Aguilera.
Gavin took Kingston to the La Brea Tar Pits to chill. People actually go there? Kingston was dancing around to a street performer and then tried to take the guy's cash. That's funny.
Gavin's got it pretty good. Looks, a sweet kid, and I guess he really doesn't have to work anymore. Bush wasn't going anywhere anyway, so who says being celebrity at home daddy is a bad thing?

look on other celebrity sites and you'll see Gwen was right there with them. Also, how come we haven't seen Jennifer Gardner and Violet in awhile? Did they stop going to parks?

the la brea tar pits totally rock! i go at least a couple of times a year to check out the excavation pit(s)' progress. the excavation project always has high school/college kids doing alot of the work -- awesome way to cement knowledge into a kid's brain. AND it's fascinating to watch as the layers of tar are peeled back to reveal these (sometimes) monsterously large bones perfectly preserved in the shape of the animal that was too damn stupid to not walk into a freakin' tar pit -- which is apparently quite a large number of animals. easy pickin's for the long-armed animals i suppose. if you've never been, get thee there pronto. it's totally totally cool. especially when you're a little nerdy like me.
