Amidst reports that the two are going through a rough patch and recently broke up, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Manillo are still going strong according to Nick's rep.
The National Enquirer reported that the two went out to Katsuya for din-din, got in a petty argument, and sat around in stone silence the rest of the meal.
The rep goes on to blame the photos of an irked Vanessa on a tiny accessory (as opposed to wardrobe) malfunction.
'When they got in the car, Vanessa looked annoyed in pictures because she was fixing her eyelash!' said the rep.
Doesn't really seem like a valid excuse to be in a bad mood all night long, but I hear it doesn't take much to peeve Vanessa.
