These are some serious heels that Gwyneth Paltrow is sporting and my first instinct when faced with something that looks unfamiliar and strange is to judge harshly. However, I must admit that I really love her coat, hair and actually now that I think about it, I actually like the whole look.
Occasionally, I do appreciate a bold addition interjected into everyday fashion. I mean, celebrities have the money to do it. Plus, she's in Paris. And if you can't wear crazy shoes in Paris, then dammit, where the hell are you supposed wear them?

Those wacky Africans! With their "giraffe woman" neck rings and lip discs and super-platform shoes. I just love Gwyneth's authentic native African garb. I'll bet they were a gift from the members of the village in Africa where she was born and raised.
