Britney's arrived back home in Serenity, Louisiana and has rejoined friends and family for her little sister Jamie Lynn's baby shower. This visit marks the first time Britney's been back to that neck of the woods since her aunt passed away early last year.
Sadly, though, her visit will be short-lived, since the complications from her life in Los Angeles won't allow her to stay away too long. The pop star reportedly has to be back in LA on Tuesday, according to a spy "to attend the next court hearing in her child custody dispute with former husband Kevin Federline on May 6."
Aww, I can't help but gush unnecessarily over these pictures. I can't help it--I'm a sucker for a Southern baby shower.
