Here's Britney Spears arriving to family court in LA this morning. The occasion? The latest hearing in Britney and ex-husband Kevin Federline's custody situation. Hey, she washed the salad. Go Britney!
Britney wore a brown dress, and demurely answered "Britney" when the comissioner asked her to state her name. The commissioner then asked her to state her full name. Oh Britney! It was at that point that her attorney Stacey Phillips asked that the hearing be closed to the public. The motion was granted.
Despite Britney's recent toned down behavior, sources say she has a long way to go before she's considered to be a "capable mother."
"As long as Britney remains under a conservatorship, she has a long way to go before the court views her as a capable mother," says an L.A. family lawyer who is not involved in the case. What does he know then? Bastard! Never doubt Britney's ability to soar!
Spears has monitored visitation rights with her sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, a couple of times a week. Her Dad, Jamie, has control of her affairs until a July 31 hearing.
Britney should be applauded for actually showing up for this hearing. The past couple of times she drove through the parking lot, surveyed the scene, and motored. Hess was having a 2-for-1 on energy drinks and Fiddle-Faddle!
