Well, from reading everybody's comments on the two previous posts we've done featuring photos of Suri Cruise's newer, lighter hair color, it seems that everybody's got an opinion on what's going on. There are some readers who believe that this might be salon highlights in Suri's hair and were disgusted at the idea that her parents might have actually bleached their little girl's hair.
Some of you have been theorizing that her hair had previously been dyed darker, so that she would look more like her (what those who believe this would call her "alleged") parents. I like that everyone's thinking outside the box on this one.
Others have pointed out that while children's hair might change color over time, it rarely lightens.
And then there are those of you who seem to be annoyed at our lack of common sense (um, hello, it's kind of our thing...) and have interjected that the little girl's hair might simply be getting lighter due to exposure to the sun, what with summer right around the corner.

I was born with practically jet black hair, and when i was about 1-2 years old, it turned super blonde.....now i have dark blonde hair/light brown hair with highlights...
so who knows!!
But i LOVE the idea of dyeing her hair- those parents are such freaks!!

My son's hair was jet black between birth and 9 months. His hair started turning lighter to the point where it is now light brown with blondish highlights. My son is of mixed race, so I never expected it to get lighter, but it has. Suri's hair getting lighter is a completely natural progression of her growing up.

What's the average recommended age for bottle weaning- 12 to 14 months? Isn't it after 14 months it can damage your gums?
It freaks me out that they use drop-ins. I associate those with new borns.
She's a hella cute kid- regardless. I have the feeling she's going to be a brat in a few years though b/c she seems MEGA spoiled.

In every photo I have seen that kid in she never has shoes on? Why is that? Does the tomkat not believe in shoes, or do they forget to put them on her?

If she's anything like my niece, she may tear her shoes off the minute they are on. My sister can't put the 2nd shoe on before the first one is off.
As for her hair....I don't see any conspiracy. And I'll look for any reason to pick on TC!!

I think it is about time the public, that being those of us who actually do not "know" these people personally, tend to our own lives, and leave the Cruise family alone. It might be a good idea, likewise, if we asked ourselves how we would want others who don't actually "know" anything about us, to speak of us, and our children. It must be very difficult to have your parents, sisters, brothers, not to mention one very precious little one, so harshly scrutinized by the public, especially when absolutely no laws, moral or otherwise, have been broken. There are enough "real" problems in this world for us to tend to...so let's get to it, and leave these innocent souls alone.

And what is up with the scientologists letting their freakin' kids stay on the bottle? First Leah Remini shows what a super mom she is(her kid is 3 1/2 and still on the bottle day and night!) and we always see pics of Suri with the damn bottle.

because your post sure sounds like it. here's a news flash for you...THAT'S WHAT THESE SITES ARE FOR. Celebrity gossip. Rumors, innuendo, etc.
these people choose to live their lives in the public eye. it goes with the territory.
get off your high horse and read the NY Times if this place is too much for you to handle. That's where they cover the "real" problems you mention, not on a site like this.

People has this photo on their front page from a different angle and her hair looks lighter. I think it's all in how the sun is hitting it. She probably has some gold tones that the sun is picking up.

So this is what we've come to...making up completely ludicrous stories for out entertainment. I am a hairstylist and it is completely possible and very common for children's hair to lighten over time. It is clear that her hair has lightened due to sun exposure and nothing else!

I agree with the person that said suri needs to be off that bottle, isnt she a little old to be sucking on a bottle? And another thing I've noticed is that her parents are always carrying her most of the time. She is going to turn out to be one spoiled rotten brat, who is going to be telling her parents what to do.
